Do you accept insurance?

We are a cash-based premium service focused on individualized programs to help you obtain better health safely and progressively.

How long does a treatment session last?

Treatments with one of our practitioners may last between 60 to 90 minutes in duration depending on the severity of the case. We take pride in the details of our work and will execute the most effective treatments or programs that benefit you.

Can you provide a traveling practitioner?

Yes! We can provide a practitioner for your travels. He/she can maintain the continuity of care throughout your traveling schedule so you don’t miss opportunities to progress in your rehab or fitness journey.

Do I need any equipment?

For any physical therapy sessions, we will provide all the necessary equipment needed. We like to meet you where you feel most comfortable, so for any strength and conditioning programs, we may provide minor equipment (i.e., mini-bands, exercise bands, blood flow restriction cuffs, etc,) but will happily train you at your home gym or facility of your choice.

Can Totus help with home gym design and equipment ordering?

Yes, our practitioners have extensive experience in elite sports and have been surrounded by the newest technology and equipment in the market.

Is there a cancellation fee?

For cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the service charge will be invoiced. Any cancellations due to a health concern will be waived from fees with proper documentation.

How soon can I be seen?

Following an initial inquiry, we will have a practitioner at your doorstep within 48 hours.

Can you speak to my doctor about my progress?

Yes! We like to be by your side every step of the way and will support you by speaking with any of your doctors to help maintain alignment with your healthcare.

Can you come with me to my doctor’s appointment?

Yes, we can attend any doctor appointments related to the care we are providing you for a $200 fee.
